PadthV1 and SynthV1 deb packages for Ubuntu 20.04

Another deb packagement and now is time for the PadthV1 and SynthV1 version 0.9.16. The lastest that I have.

There are two separate downloads, one for each and both includes the standalone version and the LV2 version. 

Both are working well for me, so I hope it will work as good for you too.

Because the versions bundled with Ubuntu 20.04 are outdated and don't work very well I decided to build my own packages and share it with you. So please consider donating.
